By using the WS, you agree to these terms of use. The WS its design and contents are all the property and copyright of TT.
TT grants a licence to individual users of the WS for their use for personal and non commercial purposes. TT retains the right at any time, without notice, to irrevocably remove this licence. You, the user, agree not to reproduce any or all of the material on the WS, other than in accordance with such licence and without limitation, and not to reproduce any or all of the information on the WS in any other web site or in any other form. You agree not to arrange for any other website , to be connected to the WS by way of a hyperlink , without permission of TT, such permission will only be given in writing, after a written application.
TT,'s reservation of rights. TT may change these terms of use at any time without notice. Any such changes will be displayed on this page of the WS and highlighted as such.
TT may suspend or cancel any part of the WS and the services thereon at ay time without notice, but will endeavour to give 7 days notice, this is without prejudice to the foregoing declaration of TT,s rights.In so carrying out the above mentioned changes or withdrawals, TT shall not be liable to you or any other person, entity or organisation.
BBS are provided for your use. TT has no connection with any views and opinions that may be expressed on the BBS and apart from the rules set out below, permits freedom of expression. Nothing so expressed, reflects the views in any way of TT.
You must not use the BBs to display any material, which is
a) In contravention of any relevant local, national or international law or which incites or encourages the contravention of such laws.
b) racist, sexual or homophobic.
c) pornographic, obscene , profane or vulgar.
d) defamatory of any person, entity or organisation
e) abusive, threatening or otherwise likely to be harmful to those persons likely to use the WS
f) otherwise offensive in the opinion of TT
g) infringing the rights (including the intellectual property rights) of any person
h) related to the conduct of a business or campaign, whether it be commercial or voluntary
i) political or pursuant of any quasi political campaign, whether it be parochial, national or international.
j) libellous or slanderous
If in the opinion of TT, the rules set out above are infringed, any such material or input, will not be allowed on the WS.
TT,s opinion is final and entirely at the discretion of TT. By submitting material, input and information to the BBs you will have granted TT a non-exclusive worldwide royalty, free, perpetual and a non-revocable licence to use, distribute, adapt, modify, display, reproduce and transmit such information in any and all media in any manner, in whole or in part, without any duty to account to you. You also grant the rights to TT, for TT to grant licences to other users on the WS, to view and copy such information for personal use. Such TT licence to be at the discretion of TT.
In a similar manner, the use of material input to the BB,s, must not be used or communicated in any way by a third party without the written permission of TT.
TT reserves the right to edit or delete any message left on the WS, including without limitation, any message which contravenes the rules above.

The basis on which TT will hold and process any personal data which you provide to us and from which you can be identified, please read our PP, which sets out the details thereof.
Some special terms and conditions apply to the use of certain features of the WS, these will be indicated on the relevant pages and form part of these terms of use as if set out in the full herein.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TT from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, expenses and costs asserted by any third party in connection with your use of the WS.Limitation and exclusion of liability.
Whilst TT endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the content and information set out on the WS, this cannot in any way be guaranteed,, therefore TT's liabilities are excluded and/or limited as set out below. The content of the WS is provided for information purposes only and you should not rely upon it in making or refraining from making any action or reaching any binding decisions.
You agree that your use of the WS is entirely at your own risk. No warranty, guarantee or indemnity of any type is given by TT as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information provided on the WS. Though TT will use its best endeavours and efforts to provide accurate information, you agree by accepting these terms and conditions, that the WS is produced on an "as is" and "available" basis.
TT herby excludes all and any liabilities, claims, damages, expenses or costs ( whether as a consequence of its negligence or otherwise ) arising in connection with
a) Your use or inability to use the WS, or the services offered from time to time therein.
b) Any unauthorised access to or alterations of information provided by you.
c) Your use of any third party websites ( including without limitation those that may be connected by hyperlink to the WS)
d) Any arrangement entered into or with any third party in connection with the WS
e) The inaccuracy, incompleteness or tardiness of any information provided through the service, other than in each case, any liability in respect of death or personal injury.
f) No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you in connection with the WS will create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
g) Each user of the WS hereby agrees that he or she or in the case of an organisation - it, is owed no duty of care or other obligation by TT and that insofar, he, she or it, may have in respect of such duty or obligation.
The WS may contain links to other websites and content from other internet sites and resources. TT cannot in any way control such content and you agree that, without limitation of the terms set out above, TT is not responsible for such content. TT cannot endorse, warrant or guarantee products or services offered by third parties through such content.
By using the WS, you agree to these terms of use in full. You understand and agree that these terms of use constitute the entire agreement between TT and yourself in respect of the WS and supersede any and all prior arrangements, agreements and representations.
No amendments will be allowed by TT unless supported by a written agreement.
These terms of use of the WS are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute in connection with such terms or use of the WS.
